The House is crafted by remarkable thought of modernity and in other hand providing suitable comfort to the nuclear family. Mr. Pilankar has a simple taste where as his wife has a flair for modernism. It was an interesting process to get both of them onto the same page as far as the design of the house was concerned.

The Concept behind designing the space was to create a ‘jewel box’ where one could relax and appreciate the view around. Creative lights have been employed, designed by an eminent lighting designer.
